KrAZ dump trucks have been the most active participants in all the colossal construction projects of the Soviet Union since 1959. Kremenchug dump trucks were used for carrying ore, coal, asphalt, sand and various building machinery day and night, at any temperature and without engine shutdown for several weeks. Harsh terrains, lack of repair shops, poor quality fuel, extra weight of 3-5 tons did not hinder KrAZ dump trucks to tackle their job.
