Long-term and reliable partner of “AutoKrAZ”, Yeristovo Mining and Concentrating Company, a part of “Ferrexpo”, has received first 50 freight wagons made by Kryukov Railcar Building Works. Solemn transfer of the first batch of “KRBW” goods with symbolic signing of Acceptance Statement and press-conference of People’s Deputy of Ukraine Konstantin Zhevago were held December 17 at manufacturing facilities.

Many Ukrainian manufacturers including companies of group “KrAZ” are involved in this project together with Kryukov Railcar Building Works. Head company of the group Kremenchug Automobile Plant makes worm sectors for parking brakes. Poltava Brake Components Plant produces brake components, while Tokmak Press-Forging Plant and Kherson Propeller Shaft Plant manufacture a wide range of forgings for different units of freight wagons.

It’s worth noting that partnership between “KRBW” and “KrAZ” has been dynamic in these recent times. Joint project of two largest companies of Poltava region important for the armed forces resulted in creation of the earth digger based on the KrAZ-5233НЕ unique armored chassis with armored cab, engine compartment and fuel tank. Apart from base chassis, Kremenchug Automobile Plant made at the request of “KRBW” a series of unique parts for implements. Workers of “KRBW” have built the КVSZ-5001.000 trailer for the KrAZ super heavy-duty trucks used for hauling various vehicles and cargoes with weight of up to 60 tonne. There was a series of projects aimed at creating KrAZ-based military and municipal special vehicles.

“AutoKrAZ” is glad to note that similar projects involving Ukrainian manufacturers help utilizing capacity, maintaining operational stability, reducing social tensions and developing the industry and economy of our country.
