For a second year in a row “AutoKrAZ” supports All-Ukrainian Judo Youth Tournament by exhibiting its armored vehicles. This event dedicated to SSU agents killed in ATO zone took place March 18-19 in “Polytechnik” sports facilities, Kremenchug.

Over 500 competitors from across the whole country came to Kremenchug to participate at the second All-Ukrainian judo youth tournament. SSU Vice-Chairman Mr.Poyarkov opened the tournament, he said that since the beginning of anti-terrorist operation in the East of Ukraine SSU has lost over 20 agents. Commander of “Alpha” special forces unit Mr.Ustimenko, President of Academy Mr. Kudinov, World Champion Mr.Zantaraia and Eurpoean champion Mr.Bloshenko were present at the opening ceremony.

Vehicles exhibited by domestic manufacturer “AutoKrAZ” such as KrAZ-Fiona, KrAZ-Cougar et KrAZ-Hulk as usually have been the focus of attention of young competitors, event attendees and Kremenchug residents. During breaks between fights young competitors rushed to exhibition space to see in details KrAZ military vehicles. Local residents with their families, children, acquaintances, etc, came to “Polytechnik” sports facilities to see Kremenchug off road vehicles.

Andrey Makhteyev, Head of SSU 5th Department (Interdepartmental Special Training Centre), at the request of which “AutoKrAZ” participated in these events previous and current years emphasized importance of displaying military vehicles for promotion of patriotism among youth. He thanked managers of the automobile plant for assistance, sport and coming generation support, produced vehicles including armored vehicles KrAZ that help defend integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine with the army men in troubled East.
